Property discovery

See what is available. Then decide what is worth considering.

A public search is useful for orientation. The more important work is understanding which possibilities fit the life, responsibilities and timing around the decision.

A secondary utility, by intention

A catalogue is not yet a strategy.

Search tools are good at organizing what has been entered into the market. They cannot explain why two similar properties may carry different risks, which tradeoffs will matter after closing or whether the right answer is currently listed at all.

We offer both paths below: an independent view of the market and a quieter way to begin with the decision before narrowing the field.

Two ways to begin

Explore broadly—or ask us to look with you.

01

Search independently

Explore the public market.

Browse current sale and rental inventory through ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Use it to understand range and availability—not as a substitute for property-specific review.

Open the property search

Opens the ONE Sotheby’s website. Its listing data, privacy terms and saved-search features are managed separately from this site.

02

Begin with a brief

Tell us what the move needs to accomplish.

Share the routines, responsibilities, timing and uncertainties around the decision. We can help define a more useful search and explain what deserves closer attention as possibilities emerge.

Begin with the decision

What a search cannot decide

The filters are only the visible layer.

  1. 01

    How the property will live.

Light, sound, privacy, access and the ordinary route through a day rarely resolve into a search field.

  2. 02

    What ownership may require.

Condition, insurance, association obligations, landscape and future work need current documents and appropriate professional review.

  3. 03

    Whether the timing is right.

Availability can create urgency. A good decision still begins with what the move needs to make possible—and what should remain flexible.

Begin a conversation

Start with what you are trying to understand.

A complete wish list is not required. Tell us what is changing, what you are weighing and what would make the next decision useful.
