Information you choose to share
When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address and/or telephone number, the subject of your inquiry, preferred contact method, message and whether you separately chose to receive The Urban Letter. We use this information to respond, maintain a record of the conversation and provide the real estate services you request.
Sending an inquiry gives us permission to respond to that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing. The Urban Letter is a separate, optional choice.
Information collected with an inquiry
To understand where a conversation began, the form records the page on which it was submitted, the referring page when supplied by your browser, and campaign parameters in the address such as source, medium and campaign. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, request timing and security signals.
Anonymous site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website activity, including visits, pages viewed, referring websites, general location, device and browser information, and filtered campaign parameters. This helps us understand which editorial work is useful and how visitors find the site.
Analytics are not attached to inquiry records or used to identify an individual. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and reports aggregated statistics rather than reconstructing an individual’s browsing activity. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising or session-recording tools.
Service providers
Inquiry data is transmitted securely to our internal TUREG One client relationship system. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from abusive automated traffic. Upstash supports rate limiting, and Vercel hosts and delivers the website. These providers may process limited information on our behalf to operate, secure and maintain the site, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with professional services needed to operate the advisory.
The Urban Letter
If you opt in, we may use your contact information to send The Urban Letter and related editorial communications. Every marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe. An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from responding to an active inquiry or sending a service-related message when appropriate.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain inquiry and relationship records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, our professional obligations, dispute prevention and legitimate business records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Children and external links
This site is intended for adults considering real estate matters and is not directed to children under 13. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
